Our approach
Your things were never junk.
Every job starts the same way — whether it's a single room or a full estate. We look for what can be donated or sold before anything goes to disposal. Here's exactly how that works, and how easy it is to get started.
Donate
At the walkthrough, we set aside anything usable — furniture, housewares, clothing — for donation. It's the fastest way for these things to go to someone who can use them, not a landfill.
Resell
For anything with resale value, you have a choice: take that value off the job cost up front, or we sell it afterward and split the proceeds with you 50/50. For larger or bulky pieces, that depends on how much storage room we have to hold onto them until they sell.
Dispose
Only what genuinely can't be donated or sold — broken, damaged, or unsellable — gets thrown away. It's the last step, never the first.
Getting started
How it works
Request an appointment
Fill out a short form, or just call. Either way you're reaching me directly — not a call center — and I'll get back to you quickly to set a time.
Walk-through & price it out
I come to the property, see what's actually there, and give you a clear price on the spot — no calculators, no guessing over the phone.
Schedule around your availability
We pick a day that works for you, including tight timelines around a closing, a move-out date, or anything time-sensitive.
Ready when you are
Calling is always the easiest way to get started — you'll reach Erik, the owner, directly, not a call center. Prefer not to call? The estimate form only takes a couple of minutes.
